Resolution of shipping problems

Returns

In the event of disagreement with the order received, you will be able, within 30 calendar days after receiving it, to communicate the intention of exchange, either for the same item of a different size or for a voucher whose value will be equivalent to the amount of the purchase. , discounting the return management costs.

All costs that are generated as a result of the change or return of the order will be borne by the user, who through the "returns" section may proceed as indicated.

You can freely choose, the transport company in charge of withdrawing the order to proceed with the exchange or return. We are not responsible in any case for the loss or misplacement of the order whose return or exchange is interested and is carried out by this means.

We reserve the right not to accept the change if once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, used, stained, torn, washed or in inadequate conditions, communicating the aforementioned incident to the user.

Any change will be subject to the availability of the product in relation to the stock available at the time of the request for the change.

The exchange or return is accepted as long as the garments are not used. In case of disagreement with the status of the order received, you must notify us of the defect that it suffers within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of this, otherwise, compliance will be presumed, that it has been used and therefore will not be neither exchanged nor refund possible.
